Romantic Dinner Under the Star Sugar and Cream bandung (Maja House stevie G Hotel) #Lembangedition

Stevie G hotel is one of the hotel at Sersan Badjuri Street, Lembang Bandung, located near Elephant Village ( Kampung Gajah ). They have popular cafe and restaurant named Sugar and Cream Rooftop bar and Restaurant. You can choose indoor or outdoor area. They have some bedseat ouside and they rent blanket.

Food and drink
There are a lot of food. Most of the menu are Western Food such as :

1. Pizza
2. Steak
3. Pasta
4. Dessert like Apple Crumble with ice cream
5. Hot chocolate

The price is same as others cafe in Jakarta and Bandung, about 80.000-100.000 IDR /person (2014)

Tips :

1. You can go there for breakfast or lunch and see natural and fresh view.
2. It's popular for dinner with the star at the rooftop. The star are bright at night.
3. Don't forget to bring your jacket or sweater at night, It's cold outside.

My Tips :

1. This is the perfect place for small wedding, sweet seventeen and birthday's garden party. They will decorate your party with the beautiful and nice ornaments. Also this is the perfect place for family gathering and school or college reunion.

2. Some people use this place for their prewedding photo session or anually year book's photo session for college and school students.

3. They sell authentic Indonesian foods like ayam buluh (bamboo chicken) and ayam sereh (lemongrass chicken), Western Foods like Pizza, pasta and Zuppa Soup.
4. Don't forget to bring your lemongrass oil or insect repellent, if you're allergy to insect like mosquito, because the restaurant is outdoor and garden theme.

Art Gallery and Foodcourt : Kolony Eatery and Art Venture

As I said before, Ciumbuleuit has known as rest area since Dutch Era. There are a lot of Villas and Western House. Nowadays, most of the native owners have sold their properties, so most of the owner now are Indonesian. One of the new foodcourt near the Parahyangan University is Kolony Eatery and Art Venture. 

My Favorites

1. Their Architecture Design
    Before, the building was own by spanish owner. After the renovation, nowadays the gallery and foodcourt     build here. They have vintage and chic design.

2. Their Gallery
They have gallery that sells art and handmade craft. Usually, they have workshop with professional art instructurs in the weekend. If you love homemade art and craft, you can go to this place, join the workshop and learn how to make doll, shadow bow and other nice stuffs.

3. Their Food is cheap and tasty. Their concept is food court with many stalls. I had Bento and my husband has salmon teriyaki. We tried "es oyen " and spicy tofu, too. Other stall sell Sate Maranggi (Grilled beef with spice), Pempek (fish cake), Waffle, Sundanese Food, Fried Rice and many more.

" Ciumbuleuit has known as cold and nature area in Bandung since Dutch Era. The best Nature Hotel in Bandung, Padma Bandung is located in this area. There is best private university in Bandung too, Parahyangan University (Unpar). There are a lot of cafe and foodcourt here. One best known cafe is MAXI'S RESTO. This Restaurant has large garden, so sometimes the perfect wedding takes place in the garden's restaurant. Maxi serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Almost of their menu are western and famous for its large portion and delicacy. I came here on December, the restaurant was decorated with the christmast tree and ornament. "

Dago Pakar Edition : Sierra cafe

I have written review about Lisung and The Valley. In Dago Pakar, not far from the Valley, there is a cafe named Sierra Cafe. The cafe is favorite among School and College student, because of the price. The price is cheaper compare to the Valley. The view is moderate view. It's suitable for school gathering.

Lisung Dago Boutique Resto Not Far from the Valley, also located at Dago Pakar, there is a traditional wood Cafe called Lisoeng. I visited this cafe for lunch in the afternoon.
